This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Control Systems Test Engineer to contribute to the development and improvement of control systems through innovative testing methods.
The role includes:
- Develop and maintain the test library, including test hardware, software, and tooling.
- Manage the schedule of test artifacts to ensure timely and effective testing.
- Support the development of internal test processes and procedures.
- Lead internal pre-site testing, including factory acceptance testing.
- Record and document test results systematically.
- Raise and manage defects, providing clear and detailed information for the development team.
Robotics Engineer
We are looking for a Robotics Engineer to join the Applied Integration team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and have a knowledge of the industry, be exceptionally organised and an enthusiastic individual.
The role includes:
- Responsibility for the technical deliverables of projects, ensuring the work meets or exceeds requirements, on time and to budget
- Liaise with customer and technical team to source their technical requirements
- Identification and specification of technology and equipment needed to deliver identified requirements
- Operation and maintenance of robotic demonstration facilities
- Risk identification and management of issues as they arise
- Design and test protoypes
We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious individuals with extensive background of electrical control panel design.
The role includes:
- Proven track record in the Electrical Control Panel Automation Sector
- Understanding of Control Panels and how they are built
- Possess an Electrical and Mechanical aptitude, ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic drawings
- Basic understanding of PLC based systems
- Understanding of Motor Control Centre and Switchboard IEC Standards
- Understanding of Control Panel IEC standards
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
Health and Safety Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join the Applied Integration team in Stokesley. If you're passionate about ensuring health, safety, and environmental excellence, this role is for you!
The role includes:
- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Delivering HSE training and promoting a positive safety culture
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Conducting regular audits and inspections
- Preparing HSE reports and maintain documentation
- Driving continuous improvement in HSE management systems
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and developing mechanical components, systems, and products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet requirements.
The role incudes:
- Conceptualise, design, and develop mechanical components, systems, and products according to project requirements
-Utilise CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and assemblies
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess design concepts, performance, and manufacturability
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate design integrity and performance.
IT Manager
